In 1-2 business days, John will e-mail you his feedback and suggest a plan of action. Once establishing a dialogue with John, he will be available to help guide you along the way.

See the signature Core Fat Loss meals showcased on the website and find meals that work for you. All Core Fat Loss meals are common everyday American meals that are easy to make and involve simple ingredients. The Core Fat Loss plan makes food substitutions easy so you can choose foods that work for you.

3 GET RESULTS

The Core Fat Loss plan will give you an education about food meant to last a lifetime. To ensure you are committed and following the Core Fat Loss plan properly, you need to submit a 3-day food diary and complete the level 1 certification test by the end of the 30 days. If you want to continue with the Core Fat Loss plan, you can continue on a month-by-month basis and you will be eligible to take the level II exam.
